Whether you are new to paddling or already experienced in other paddle disciplines Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) offers something for everyone.

SUP is great for balance, co-ordination, all-round fitness and enhancing mental well being.

SUP is the ideal craft for tuning to the environment, getting close and respectfully observing the natural world.

SUP surf, race, journey, explore or simply bimble along the river- the choice is yours.

PHCC is an ideal environment to learn SUP skills, safety aspects and improve technique under the guidance of British Canoeing qualified instructors who can help you on your journey.

The Club provides a number of stable boards and lightweight paddles for hire to enable you to progress quickly.  If you already have some experience and have your own board even better.

Work towards British Canoeing SUP qualifications/awards.

PHCC have the benefit of two sites with easy access to the water which increases launch options and enables us to get on the water all year round.

From local river journeys, harbour trips to expeditions along the Jurassic coast we have something for everyone.  Get in touch below and find out more.
